1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use certain features of the Platforms. By using the Platforms, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

If you are using the Platforms on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Use of Platforms

You agree to use the Platforms only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Platforms in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations of the Sultanate of Oman
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platforms, servers, or databases
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Platforms to collect personal data of other users without consent
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platforms

3. Accounts and Registration

Certain features, including loyalty programs and reservations, may require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

4. Loyalty Program

55 Coffee may offer a loyalty rewards program through the Platforms. Participation is subject to the following conditions:

• Rewards points are non-transferable and hold no cash value
• Points may expire after a period of account inactivity, as communicated in the program terms
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice
• Abuse or fraudulent activity related to the loyalty program may result in account termination and forfeiture of points

5. Reservations and Bookings

The Platforms may allow you to reserve tables, rooms, or spaces at 55 Coffee locations. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.

Cancellation policies may apply to specific bookings and will be communicated at the time of reservation. Failure to honor a reservation without timely cancellation may affect your ability to make future bookings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platforms, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, trademarks, and software, is the property of White Luban Est. Trading SPC or its licensors and is protected by the intellectual property laws of the Sultanate of Oman and international treaties.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Platforms without prior written consent from the Company.

7. Pricing and Menu Information

All prices displayed on the Platforms are in Omani Rials (OMR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and menu items are subject to change without prior notice.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, the Company does not guarantee that all information on the Platforms, including product descriptions and pricing, is complete, current, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platforms are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platforms.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platforms, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Third-Party Links

The Platforms may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

Accessing third-party links is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any external sites you visit.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platforms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Sultanate of Oman.

11. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platforms. Continued use of the Platforms after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
